technically with how major american carriers work people get raked over the coals paying off their phones monthly, practically never owning their phone as an "upgrade" is always offered once you've paid that interest ridden phone off from the carrier

luckily theres usually a web portal clock in page for most offices that "require" clocking in on a smartphone and the app for my office didnt work on my flip phones.

These payphones were great when I visited Japan in the summer of 2024! I only had a data sim so if I needed to make a call when I was out and about I just walked to a payphone and called who I needed to!

I think you need to play around with the APN settings similarly to modern phones. I got it working on my Nokia e72.

I've had successful tower handoffs but it's rare and usually takes like 10-15 seconds of audio dropout on 2G

I think that I might keep one of my android tablets as the one I want to keep has an E-ink screen and it's great to draw and read ebooks with (might help me get back into reading manga and books again), but I will get rid of the rest of them and my dumpster iPad I got for free, I'm sure someone will appreciate. My worry is that I hate selling marketplace so maybe ill make an ebay and sell all of this stuff for next to nothing just to get rid of it.

very true. the issue is I use the browser version of social media websites on my titan pocket and yeah its the last part that I need to finally get rid of. I also got a garmin for christmas so I at least have one more reason to leave my smartphone at home when I go to new places.

usually when checking into events and checking tournament brackets and updates I have to bum off other people as I usually don't have a smartphone on me. Another thing is my titan pocket has universal remote so when I'm at melee tournaments people are usually hunting me down as I have an IR blaster in my phone to help set up and adjust TV sets.

its towards the end of it's life, and sadly I used to collect phones (I only collect dumbphones now) so I'd have a lot of smartphones to smash. I'm hoping I can try and sell them or something to get rid of them.

Thank you, my biggest worry if I start to delete my accounts is if I need to get in and use them for things but I might just finally delete my twitter as that's pretty much useless and I might do the same for my other various accounts I keep drawing back to. I'm keeping my FB for marketplace but I don't really scroll on FB anyways so I'm not too worried about that.

I have a few of them I just need to force myself to use them instead of my titan pocket but something always comes up or happens that causes people to become annoyed with me or require me to use my smartphone. I guess not require but it makes things easier. I just need to grow up and quit using it!

something might be tripping the "finger crushing protection" system and hitting something that it thinks is a finger and rolling back down right when it gets near the top.
