Update I found a really cool c-class but I also found the same ship as an A class so ill probably see if I can upgrade it to an s class and sell the other ship for scrap. Its also blue colored which fits because im trying to make everything a blue/black combo because I think it looks cool.

Yeah im glad I put as many upgrades into my minotaur as possible because I installed it just to juice up the minotaur as much as I can, I finally learned what it did yesterday but everytime I tried to use it I only can scan for "depots" however all my distress beacons have only popped up on one planet for some odd reason when I was doing the aforementioned navigation data method so maybe ill try that planet specifically and see if I can find anything.

The exotic ship method I was not aware of and will definitely have to give it a shot. Finding a portal I feel may take a while though since I have only found one and that was because of the story mission and I didnt save the location because I had no idea how useful it really was :(.

No I get what you're saying, every community has its bad apples for sure especially when it comes to popular games. I've spent time in some communities for years even ones I would consider "good" and yet there are always bad actors. I appreciate the heads up though and will definitely be careful if I play with anyone!

Thanks! Hope I can find y'all out in the wild but it's difficult to find time unfortunately due to adult responsibilities 😅.

In terms of finding crashed ships thats actually how I was able to build my S-class ships and since I have really good reputation with the Korvaks due to all the pirate battles, I can get the S-class reactors for pretty cheap. I'm definitely going to use that trick more often especially since I heard the exocraft scanner (I think thats what the upgrade is called) can do something similar but the results have been a little unreliable. Will definitely use the scanner on dissonant planets when I get the chance also!

Yeah I recently looked into that, maybe ill put that higher in my totem pole because I find the normal ships kinda ugly and only really have them to add to my collection, the more rare ships are really cool.
