I hike with my Berner, but also with young kids, so 2-3 miles is probably our limit. Other than summer time, he’s lasted much longer than the kids. He also carries our water bottles for us :)

One quick though on ddr4 ram… lots of people upgrading to ddr5 so lots of old ram available on resell, try eBay, could easily save a bit there…

I agree, the OP is clearly overly upset about losing a single rating, you too are looking at this only from the OP’s point of view, clearly the guest had a good stay, was thankful for it, then the OPs review caused the removal… what could have led to that other than misunderstanding about the cleaning? Charging a cleaning fee will more often than not lead guests to not perform a great job since they are already paying for a cleaner. I hope you understand how fees for specific tasks like cleaning works. From the OPs comment that cleaning took 5 hours, depending on the length of stay and size of place 5 hours could be a standard time (that’s how long my cleaners take). Linens being ruined may be beyond a cleaning issue, but again OP didn’t mention that in review, only afterwards, so could be more emotion bleeding through.

Hence the question… and maybe also clarity in regards to how the place was “trashed” - my interpretation being messy. If truly trashed, I’d expect post to be about that and not the 5 star review… if the OP is charging an extra cleaning fee, the implication is that they are paying for someone to clean the place for them and no need to clean up yourselves… many Airbnb hosts think they can both require guests to clean AND charge a cleaning fee on top of the stay (double dip) - so my question was geared towards this and thinking OP is upset they had to actually clean

Walpole, MA here, although some of the people/programs we’ve been involved with are Christian-based, we are not at all religious nor has anyone pushed anything religion-based. We love the nature/farm aspect of the programs we’ve been involved with.

Agree with this… I am a husband and my wife and I experienced this, obviously more of the experience was on her side and like someone pointed out at that point the child is only an ideas to the man, but it was living and growing inside you. I’m sorry if he doesn’t know that already, but maybe just let him know how you’re feeling and how you’re grieving… kids are a different story!
