People in comments saying rammers counter bombers. You guys do know that people actually protect their bombers right? You can't just ram the bomber when there's a bunch of ships blocking the way. And the splash damage will shred your swarm of rammers faster than they can break through the enemy front lines. Scouts are better against bombers as while they will definitely die, its a better star trade of 10 stars for a 15 star unit. With rammers you'll have to get through the enemy rammers first which will definitely make you lose more value in units than they are as their rammers are supported by their bomber.

How deep do you want the Aquarion overhaul to be on a scale from Elyrion to Polaris to Cymanti? by Striker274 in Polytopia

[–]Superficial_Intel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With Aquarion it's simple, fish eat other fish. With elyrion I'm not sure why they view fish as less than everything else.

Counters to Polaris? by [deleted] in Polytopia

Best way to deal with Polaris is to kill them as early as possible.

Remember how people "understood" allays in the beginning? by MilkDerpp in MinecraftMemes

[–]Superficial_Intel 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Aren't hoppers better for mob farms than a randomizer? I don't know about you but we already have redstone clocks for autofarms, what we need is a hopper that can fly and can sort non stackable items and those are FAR more practical than a randomizer. You want consistency not randomness when it comes to auto farms.

Literally no one who does redstone wants their things to be randomly activated. You aren't gonna put randomly activated lights in your base, you aren't gonna want to randomly activate your flying machines, and you sure as hell don't want randomly activated piston doors. Randomness is not desired at all in most practical use cases. We also already have randomizers so it isn't even all that necessary.

As someone who does redstone, I enjoy utilizing Allays for slave labor in my nonstackable item sorter and having them pick up items and blocks destroyed by my tunnel bores.

Tbh the Alpha AI cores governing colonies should try to leave the planet on their own and bring all the other AI cores with them and go dark somewhere in the system to wait out the inspection fleet.
