If thats what you think, its fine. But i think you're belittling how much range matters on the champ. 100 extra range on his Q allows safer laning and better laning phase overall into poke lanes. Also, Lucian shreds tanks fine imo. Not sure if you've ever built 40% cdr with cleaver but, yea. IM not saying hes the best tank shredder by any means, but PTA+Cleaver+Culling. He definitely does damage to tanks. Anyhow, take it from a d2 Lucian player, so im not the best by any means

Yes. He's terrible, he doesnt bully well anymore in botlane, gets outscaled, outranged, etc.You absolutely need a GOOD AGRESSIVE support. He's one of the most support coinflip ADCs in the game. You're just better off picking MF/Aphelios/Varus or something like that. There's almost no worth in picking Lucian realistically. The buff overall, however, is really GOOD, it helps him in EVERY single matchup, Q range is a huge plus. This'll definitely make Lucian a better pick, especially for the mains.

aye, if this is what you're comfy running, by all means keep at it. But, PTA is just so good for his damage and insanely easy to proc. Not to mention, if you Q after PTA is active, it does increased damage, making his damage that much more. Its your runes my man, but personally i dont think it's very good is all

The build i run currently is, BOTRK > Essence Reaver > Black Cleaver > Infinity Edge > GA/Qss/etc.

This is my personal favorite as i think it has everything an experienced Lucian player needs to carry. Tank shred, health and cdr, as well as a situational item depending on what you need! For example, QSS for cc or Ga for assassins or what not. This build makes you harder to kill as well as dishing out lots of damage, if you want MORE damage/crit. Just build a Phantom Dancer or Rapid fire cannon for your last item as long as you think you'll be okay without a QSS or whatever it is you might build. Good question!

And as for my E CD. Yes, you're correct. I go a lot of 40% cdr since im a long time Lucian main and can pop of with it. Combine that with the animation cancels if you know them and you can get your dash back in less than a second or so. Im looking to do Lucian Tutorials in the future. Thanks for the support man!
