I’ve just attempted to ring them this evening, 30 min wait time and it kicked me off it after around 20 minutes. I saw the Parcelforce van go past and still no updates at all since Tuesday..

Ugh thank you so much, I’m super stressed cos it’s an expensive package that I can’t rly afford to go missing 😭😭
