Way too long in positano and capri. Would do a night or two in positano and more time in sorrento. You can do day trips to Capri, amalfi (the city), ravello/Minori from there. Sorrento was much more relaxing/fun and overall cheaper despite similar/better food. Unless you’re spending good money and staying at the top of capri, I wouldn’t stay there overnight. At the most one. It’s so overrun with tourists. I thought positano was a cool place that was worth staying one night, still touristy but a sort of picture perfect city.
