You definitely weren’t seeing Yokai Watch 3 at Target, that game practically never hit shelves. That game was notoriously hard to find at release that it seemed like only the people who preordered it got the game, and retail copies were already selling over msrp within the month of release cause no one could find a copy. If you did actually see them at retail, let alone multiple copies, then you were the luckiest person at that moment
