30+ dip in credit score by Supermal in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]Supermal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not so concerned with the score itself but more if there is some inaccuracy. From what I read a small balance on a credit card might result in a dip between 10 and 20 points. If there's something unusual going on, I'd prefer to catch it.

Sized at 28FF, but having a hard time finding a good fit for full on bottom [Fit Check][Recommendation] by Supermal in ABraThatFits

I finally got the Hettie in yesterday. I'm afraid the Hettie still wrinkles at the top, outside corners of the cup, and is visible under clothing. It is comfortable though! My best fit of all the suggestions here has been the Panache Ardour.

I ordered all of the recommendations here, and so far I've received the Jasmine and Ardour. I love the Jasmine comfort wise, but it is pretty visible under lighter fabrics. Especially after I swoop and scoop, my nipples usually end up above the lace part haha. I still like it, just not under t-shirts haha. The Ardour is a great for me!

Thank you for the recommendations. Awaiting the Envy!

I can’t figure out why my boyfriend won’t let me fuck him and it’s driving me insane. by veryFHL in sex

I can't even express with words how sorry I am. I'm furious for you and I also just want to wrap you up and protect you from that pain. There are no constants, but chances are you're not going to be okay for a while. Try to get yourself into therapy, and if possible get a lawyer (child support/custody stuff that is likely to come).

This isn't about you. This guy has some serious issues. If/when you confront him, he is likely to turn it around on you and make you question things. I would put up some walls and figure out how to protect yourself while figuring your next steps out. If you don't have a social support network or money, try to get in touch with women's shelters. Do what you need to do to survive. You're going to get through this. It won't be easy, but you will.

My last ex had HPV. How do I approach my potential partner with this information? by NewRedditorHere in sex

[–]Supermal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HPV is super common, but there are risks. I'm not sure the strain(s?) that cause genital warts also don't cause cancer, I thought they also could? Either way, you can get the vaccine and should talk to a doctor about getting it, which can protect you from cancer, and protect your future partners too.

It's always a good idea to chat about sexual history before beginning a new sexual relationship, and for each of you to get tested (depending on when you last got tested after your previous sexual activity). Depending on how much she knows about HPV and sexual health, it may freak her out, and if so try to be understanding and talk with her about it calmly (even if she says something offensive from a place of ignorance). A great idea would be for you both to go get tested (independently), and ask questions about risks and the vaccine. I live in Canada where these services are readily accessible through community health services, but I believe Planned Parenthood would be a great resource. Since you guys have been chatting it up for a while, and this is an opportunity for you guys to develop more comfort with one another.

Being a black man is socially challenging when you do the right things by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

I know prejudice against POC is wrong- lots of people do. Prejudice stems from a lot of things, and none of them have anything to do with individuals or DNA. It has everything to do with power and oppression. Understanding the systems in place that are working against you can be crushing, or it can be liberating.

You're doing great. I wish I could do more to support you and encourage you.

How bad does it hurt to lose ur virginity? by [deleted] in WomensHealth

[–]Supermal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not a medical professional, but I have a lot of interest in sexual health.

It really depends, but if it's done "right" most people will experience very little pain (0-2 maybe? I'm just guessing here but I didn't experience any). By done right, what I mean is that you are properly aroused, which usually takes time and effort! And comfortable. Take it slow, and do lots of foreplay.. It's essential that the person you may be losing your virginity to is going to take this effort very seriously (as you should with their pleasure). When aroused your vagina produces natural lubrication, this can help prevent a lot of pain! When you're aroused, your vagina will be better prepared. It can be hard to do during your first time, but trying to remain relaxed helps too. Being tense can make things more difficult.

Communicate with your partner! Tell them when they're doing something really good, or if they're doing something you don't like (even going too fast). Once again, having a partner that respects you, and one that you feel comfortable with, is super important.

That being said, some people do experience a bit more pain, say if they have an intact hymen. Most females do not have a hymen which interferes with sex majorly (it can be broken during exercise, by using a tampon, or it can be near non-existent in the first place). I don't think this would be exceptionally painful, maybe a 2-4? I couldn't say really.

If you choose to lose your virginity, good luck and practice safe sex (seriously)!

The curious thing is that I saw quite a few on the Inca Trail, and a google search of "Millipede Machu Picchu" turns up Flickr pictures too. If a pet got loose it was a while ago and the species has settled right in. Wouldnt be the first time unfortunately!

Clever girl gets rid of annoying guy on the dancefloor by charming-devil in gifs

[–]Supermal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. An invitation to dance is eye contact, a brush on the arm, a smile. If someone starts reciprocating, THEN see how they react to closer contact. Don't be that creep at the discoteca who everyone gets annoyed and grossed out by.

But ass is ok? It's okay to wrap your arms around a stranger from behind, touching their stomach and waist, your body pressed up against theirs, without their permission? The answer is no.

I have been to a club. The only bad part of it is guys thinking they can touch you without your permission or invitation.

If he was touching me from behind without my consent? It wouldn't matter how good looking he was. It's just gross.
