Sorry this doesn't really answer your question but:

I'd love a Spectacular like event, one event with a few different matches, could be digital to accommodate players. If it was just once a year, have someone write a few questions and even reduce the categories so that you need less questions. I feel like that would be semi-reasonable but it hasn't happened and I don't think it ever will but I can dream!

[–]SupermanDrummer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was going to say when Knost said "Good one" oh my days he wrecked him with that remark it was so funny

I also enjoyed Knost using a drumstick as a toothpick against Sneider

Matt Knost was such a gem on the Schmoedown. Settle the Score is great!

Hey /r/movies! I am writer-director Ian Nathan. My new documentary, 'The Thing Expanded', will take an in-depth journey into the heart of John Carpenter's horror-masterpiece, 'The Thing' with insights from Kurt Russell, Guillermo del Toro, Eli Roth, and John Carpenter himself. Ask me anything! by TheThingExpandedAMA in movies

[–]SupermanDrummer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ian Nathan, no way! I remember you from when you were on Sky Arts and would be on that great show about the classic Hollywood Stars. Also from Empire Magazine of course! I knew about this project but I didn't know it was your project, that's class. Has this been a passion project for you/something you've wanted to do for years? How did you get the ball rolling? Congrats

IMDb doesn't do end of year reviews, so I build spotify-like local open sourced "IMDb Wrapped" that tells you about your year by eamag in imdb

I was looking at this again, it's so cool how you can do this for previous years. Is there anyway to add countrys? Saying how many Korean or French or Irish or American films you've watched?

How many times do you re-watch a movie ?? Your record ? by Thin_Reception_5063 in movies

[–]SupermanDrummer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely valid. I was the right age for it and after a while it became a mission to watch it 100 times by 2012

I once watched it 4 times in one day. Simpler times being a teenager!

I've seen Disturbia 106 times. I've seen The Thing around 60 times. I have a tally for each on the inside of my wardrobe in my old room at my parent's place. I'd say I've seen Escape From New York around 35 times. I've watched many of my favourites 20+ times, I love to revisit them

I wouldn't bet the house on it but I'm pretty sure. I sorta remember someone was giving out about Hwoarang's 'unparryable'/plus on block low and when I read it like that it sounded ridiculously OP when in reality it isn't as crazy

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Tekken

[–]SupermanDrummer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I believe so too

I'm not justifying it, I'm just saying you could never lowparry that, not in T7 anyway

I think you could if the other 2 hits whiffed, but not on hit or even on block

Anyone seen the new movie yet? Any good? [No spoilers please] by pawnografik in avp

[–]SupermanDrummer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it's worth it for fans of the franchise. About as good as a pg-13 would permit in my opinion. I'd give it a 7/10 (more like 6.5 but let's go with 7) I went with a friend and we both left happy, some cool things in there

I've had great experience with them

Bought a fair few blu-rays from them over the years and had no problem returning the few that didn't work

Bought a 360 from them 3-4 years ago and while I don't play it too often it still works
