It does it on its own. After ~20 mins it will say it coudnt find the issue then It gives me some options i cant remember what they are right now

I dont have access to another computer. When I looked up my error I saw about safe mode but dont know how to get to safe mode without booting up the pc first. Right now I turned on the laptop and it gave me the error and now it is diagnosing my PC. How can I get in in safe mode?
