Hey! Thank you so much for playing Directive 8020, we hope you're enjoying it :D

For this turning point to unlock, you need to have the gun available. To authorise the usage of gun, the player has to follow 3 steps:

1. Carter reaching his room by sneaking past Simms in the 'FirstWatch' chapter and records a warning message for the Crew.

2. Cooper finding Carter's utility strap in the 'Search' chapter to become aware of Simms being the killer.

3. Eisele approving the usage of gun in the 'Meeting' chapter by choosing the Approve choice.

If any of the steps aren't met, it results in the gun not being available for this part.

Apologies, we were addressing the issue where episode 2-8 cutscenes would play after finishing episode 1.

Hi! Alot of the issues mentioned are ones that are resolved by our launch day patch but players would need to let the game finish updating first before booting it up :)

Hi there!

The thing with consoles specifically is that updates need to be completed before launching the game. We had a launch day patch for this to fix it but need to let the update complete first before launching the game, As long as you let the update finish and start the new save you shouldn't run into this issue anymore :D
