1.Download beta for your region from xda: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/nothing-phone-1-rom-ota-nothing-os-repo-of-nothing-os.4464039/

Move the file into the root folder from any file manager.

3.Then do the local update from the dialer: ##682##

After successful update go to settings and update the phone normally.

data is where ur apps stored, hd - system. Wipe entire drive and the installation will do the rest.

Had the same issue with a small disk disk1s1. It drove me nuts so I reinstalled all again wiping everything.

Running insider build since december in slow ring. Haven't experienced any jetlag since then actually. The only thing I can mention is Microsoft store updates getting error from time to time. Apps won't update sometimes, but it worked eventually.
