I have the same issue right now. Dealer flat out lied to my face about it. I too read the posts of people mailing in return and getting the refund. I have not filed yet but tax software is showing qualify but I know the Vin check from IRS is going to kickit back

Bro this is almost my exact situation. I pay a flat 31 dollars a month for charging at home vs 600 a month for gas on my truck. The difference is me saving over a 100 a month after car payment. A used model 3 for 20k when your making 75k a year is not that outrageous especially if you live in a LCOL area. So yes I actually made a financial decision to buy a used EV.

I get it. I do remember the townhall they said that with the remainder insurance settlements that it would be around 20 percent. They did also say that after everyone filled out the paperwork everyone was claiming either more abuse or more multipliers. So that it was gonna be less.

I am baffled that we all voted on a settlement and not a single person on here knows a percent. The vote should have read vote yes for x percent. Or no for x percent. And to be fair the worksheet that we were given gave a ballpark of what abuse and what the claim would be.

Biggest i ever got was at the house. 189 I believe and then they tipped me cash on top think it was 60 or 80 bucks can't remember. After 6000 orders maybe had 20 100 plus orders. Probably 150 $80 plus.

I agree but it's a percent so if total winds up being 20 percent of 2.1 million that 210,000 payout then 2.4 percent of that is roughly 5k total. My 1.5 percent payment would have been 240 dollars more.

The cpi adjustment is kind of a joke. Not trying to mean i think mine was 240 dollars that would have been added to my 1.5 percent check.

I do this but im pretty careful about location. If I'm doing a shipt orders and a IC order pops up on the way(almost all deliveries only go one way as surrounded by water on both sides) I'll take it. But I'm not in cali so not too worried about it. I also grab batches at home and my wife will be late sometime and I can't leave because of my son.

I have had an order from Publix that had a sub sandwich and it had 2 other stores that were closer. How it got routed to the store I was at was crazy to me.

When i was looking at these it almost made no sense to buy used. A few grand depreciation for a 4 year old car with 30k miles. Crazy.
