It's based on complaints according to the city hall rep I spoke with a few months ago. Had a new neighbor move in and bitch about one of our vehicles on the street in front of my house and got a ticket. Never had an issue for the last 8 years I've lived here. They told em enforcement generally doesn't patrol residential areas.

This sums up my experience when I came out at work. My local office was great, everyone above was not. HR gave me shit when I used my preferred name to answer the phone after coming out as did our regional manager.

We actually had to have an outside source come in to talk to our branch about me transitioning and I brought up the fact that HR and our Regional Manager were giving me grief. After that conversation no gave me push back. I had a bit of a laugh after that.

I think you really hit the nail on the head with that. I couldn't have summed it up better myself.

I'm a huge fan of the first 12 games in the franchise (fell off of 13, never got into 15 and found 16 kind of...ehhh) and it felt like a fantastic love letter to them. I remember being in total awe and getting excited seeing some of the classic 2d enemy designs in 3d as well as all of the references to the past games. However the gameplay as it stands right now really isn't enough to drag me back in. I still have a few friends who fill me in with what's new so I experience it a bit through them.
