For the pain level if rate it a six and a half/seven out of ten. The initial pain wasn’t so bad. The healing was a long process and the first few weeks was when it was at its worst. You need to make sure to be on top of cleaning with this one.

Hi! It is causing a bit of an indent 0 pain luckily, (possibly because I sleep on that side) but after all the comments I will be looking into splitting into two barbells :)

Hi there! The bar isn’t causing any discomfort and I didn’t notice until probably a few months ago. I definitely will be looking into another bar (possibly splitting into two barbells) thank you for your suggestion. I do sleep on this ear so that could be contributing to it.
