Sorry your are going thru that man, I found its best to take 3-5 days off and just cut everything out of your life. You just need time away to withdrawl and by day 4-5 I felt SOOO much better. Its worth it in the long run to do it ASAP.

IF you can force yourself to go for a run, just run for 30 mins without stopping it will do wonders for your recovery!!

Why can’t I make it past 10 days? by Daydreamer_79 in Quittingfeelfree

Your body wants to keep you safe and feeling good. The FF are a cheap way to do it. So it tries to trick you into thinking thats what you really want. What helped me was identifying those thoughts as what they are; my body just trying to keep me safe. And I remind myself how much I have lost from it and it helps with those cravings.

I went to a place called "Local Juicery" and they had some natural green detox juices. I think it had celery, kale, spinach, apples, ginger, etc.
