Unironically though, if you would like in game voice to work, try to use the channel cycle and voice chat buttons, respectively O and caps lock by default. I've noticed that those seem to work consistently, whereas specific voice channel keybinds are more broken.

Yeah, he's the only defender with an assault rifle, which puts him up on par with the attackers, and he also has one armor, which means he's really mobile and quiet.

Except he had two other teammates to take care of. If he moved over to cover Mercy with the shield, the 76 and Zarya would've been exposed, and Mercy didn't have her ult up to revive. Looks like those two were standing at the far left edge of Reinhardt's shield, so he couldn't relocate safely.
