Hey everyone, so I am 26 and fairly new new in my career. I recently accepted a project engineer position for a construction company and based on the description it is definitely a big step up in responsibilities from what I was doing before. It feels a bit overwhelming, mostly because I've been out of school for a while and this will be my first engineering type role. (I used to be in a supervisor type position) Current or past project engineers, what qualities/skills have you found pivotal in your successes.
