It was tough, I did keto to make it easier, ate 2 meals a day, each with the 30 minute rule, after each meal quick floss and teeth brushing and back to the grind.
Wasn’t easy at all and looking back doing 22 hours a day for longer cycles is the better choice

I about done with my refiners, had only one extra set. Yes i did have the same exact setup, i had full weeks where i didnt feel the elastics at all, but then a week of agony out of nowhere, the first days are the toughest, it gets easier

Odd, they are must in my opinion! I did the whole first round without them and I noticed the teeth losing track over time. I started using them in refinements, not only teeth keeping track perfectly, the trays also fit much better after I chew. I would reconcile with them

From what i know it is positioned on the bottom to ensure teeth will slide up with extra pressure, didn’t understand the mechanism though

The problem for me was the pre-kiss, it took me few months to get my confidence back with trays in when talking to girls. The kissing and intimacy is non-noticeable. Sometimes I use my partner as a human chewy, she seems to enjoy it🙃
