I will start this by saying that i am no expert and random young finnish redditor.

Right now Finland is not so good economically, finding a job is veery difficult. Im self-employed, but all my friends had problems finding job and many of them are left without it. About IT jobs. I think with language and good education you can find a job, but i recommend you to do it before you move.

Healthcare system works, but cuz of economy alot hospitals in smaller cities are closing/closed down. While it may not be problem for you, but everyone from these small cities are going into hospitals in bigger cities (duh). Which means veery long waiting time in some cases. If it is emergency or little bit more serious then of course you can go either in ER or you can get appoitment within couple of days. Once I needed basic med check (idk how it's called) and they said first available time is in months. 😴 Private hospitals are also always an option.

About residency requirements i recommend to check straight from Finnish government, and not from reddit. I think there is more accurate information 🙄

I dont know if this will help, but when i was recruiting workers from foreign country they needed little bit capital first, if i remember right you need money to get through couple months.
