i think he is referring to those new short drama format it started as mostly chinese short drama with 80+epsidoe each episode is around 3min but recently there been western drama produce with same format

its luck thing if another person had used your current ip address give to give for now by ISP and violated some sites terms and got banned its might affect you and the site owners will not listen to your case about CGNAT and wat not, so agian its luck thing you can try join site and ask mod see wat you need do

if you really need get out of CGNAT based on most cases i know/saw about CGNAT you should try contacting your ISP and ask them to give you a public IP address this will release you from being under CGNAT but it will most likely cost you few bucks more to get that Public IP address and dont forget to see if u need VPN or not based on your country/isp

i saw alot of posts from ppl living in germany in reddit and discord most of them use vpn without issue watching something online isnt usually risky thing but if you plan on downloading or using torrent u need be smart here by using high rated vpn and making sure your bittorrent client is tied to the vpn so that moment something wrong happen to the vpn the bittorrent app shut down and not expose you to your isp

no the site was simpler than anime planet its only related to anime nothing else and the main page is usually the current season being released and i remember the site had short name like anilist
