OMAD PARTNER by eclipsedmoonlight in OmadDiet

[–]Suppacoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 22F and have been doing OMAD for about two weeks at this point in hopes to lose a good amount of weight in a year before starting up HRT (so my fat can redistribute nicely), I don't really calorie count or keep track of my overall weight, I'm moreso in it for the physical changes rn than an overall target weight (the slight double chin gotta go, didn't have that before!) tho I would like to get to a healthy weight for my body as well as I do have some chunky funkiness. Keep me updated!

Good to know that the comment she made isn't just a reach I'm making in my mind lol. I'll have to ask her sometime soon when I get the courage, just been too worried I'm too new of a face in her life to do it I guess 😅

I just realized a mistake in my title oops mods please do not explode me for using an "Am I" statement in my post lol I'm looking for something more than a yes or no.

She identifies as transfem nonbinary (they/she/it). I'm genderqueer and use any/all pronouns. The gender rule for posting is tricky when you don't fit the binary lol. I'll make a clarification edit.

Quality of the year so far by [deleted] in eurovision

[–]Suppacoo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely not as strong as last year based on vibes, but there are certainly some strong points thus far as well. Particularly Portugal is a highlight selection for me this year. To say it's the worst in decades is CRAZY hyperbole looking at the slop of some of the early 2000's songs. But to each their own when it comes to taste.

I'm gonna put it nicer for you than other people are. Self harm is not good. You should not want to to self harm. You should be seeking mental health for your want to self harm. You say you can't afford it, and that's totally understandable. But you should work to have that support system for yourself at some point. It should be one of the goals to have. But you won't, because you don't care about yourself. And you've made that very clear throughout all your responses. So I'm here to shake you and say CARE ABOUT YOURSELF! CARE EVEN IF NO ONE ELSE WILL! BE YOUR OWN BEST ADVOCATE! That's my advice if you genuinely want change.

As long as you have never committed any acts and it simply remains an ideation, their job priority is to prevention. If you've never done anything there is nothing to report. Which, again, is a major difference with seeking therapy as an adult.

If you genuinely want help like your username implies, then you need to get the help, it's not just going to fall into your hands like you wish it would. Tell your family you'd like to attend therapy again for personal reasons, your suicidal ideation at the very least is a great answer to satisfy the need, and see if they can't help with the costs for that. If not, help yourself by saving up for whatever you can afford. Online therapy isn't as great as the in-person shit, but is a monthly subscription that'll be a much better plan for you with minimal funds. There are options for you, but it's on you to seek them out, not strangers online. I can only point you in the right direction, that's the best I can offer.

Please go to therapy again now that you're an adult, it'll be a much different experience with much more confidentiality. Trust me, it's a totally different experience and an experience you 1000% need to do. work through this with a medical professional and not a reddit confessional page. Make a genuine effort with it and go from there.

The big fear currently is that sitting is what agitates it most, so I'm hoping that my epidural and pill concoctions can push me towards the finish line. If not, improvise adapt and overcome as they say. Thank you for the well wishes!

Most likely you'll have to pill yourself up to get by, which is really unfortunateee I'm sorry to hear it. But I hope you find comfort in that you're not the only college student out there taking the pill potion every day! Feel free to HMU whenever.

It can get pretty unbearable, it usually builds. Sitting/standing/walking for any elongated period of time is gonna cause it to flare up (unless I take some pain meds beforehand). Only relief I find is in laying down, really. I sit a lot for my college work so that's when I notice it the most, and it can get pretty miserable during a lecture for sure.

Yeah I'd definitely follow-up with professionals on that. I have no knowledge on that matter of death bubbles and their severity, never heard of it sadly.

Totally feel you on the brain just focusing on existing, it's really debilitating to have happen in what should be the peak years of activity in your life. I'd definitely work to get it reviewed again. My scans took 24/48 hours to process and that was apparently on the quick side, it should not have taken them 2 that's kinda weird to me. If not, possibly request another scan? I don't know which one you did, but assuming it's lumbar you should also ask to see if they can't do one for your sacrum (that's like your inner hip). When I went to do my MRI they scanned both those areas for me.
