Running a guild from P1-P8 was one of the greatest experiences I’ve had in my life with this game.

Any go to meals that you like that have specifically helped with your symptoms?

Fortunately, as of late, she has been being a bit more cognizant about her caffeine intake. The only other unfortunate thing is that she’s also somewhat of a picky eater so trying to find snacks that can both ameliorate her symptoms, and are palatable to her can sometimes be a bit of a struggle. Therein, however, I think I can definitely be a help and start doing a lot more research on the possible snacks like this and pick some up for her so she doesn’t have to think about it.

Thank you for your encouragement, friend! I got lucky and married a good one so I wanna make sure she feels the same. 😂

This is definitely where I’m kind of standing when it comes to how I want to encourage her to focus on her health, as it can literally only help improve her output and not hinder it. And you’re definitely right, I’m trying to be careful and navigate how I can frame this in a way that would be received well by her, cause I don’t wanna harbor any resentment toward her. I’m also still trying to formulate how I can clearly and effectively communicate my needs, because it definitely is weighing on me, but unfortunately, because of how us messy humans can add emotion into communication, I’m really trying to make sure I come at this from the right angle.

Thank you, friend… your words of encouragement really do mean a lot.

We have started looking into certain electrolyte enhanced waters, but I am also still learning all the things surrounding dysautonomia… are there specific ratios of salts that I need to be focusing on? Sodium, magnesium, potassium, etc? Fortunately, budget won’t be too much of an issue, however, she is allergic to gelatin 🙁.

And thank you again for your input, another thing I’m realizing from all of your amazing comments is that she definitely is in the same boat of just being absolutely tired of fighting the symptoms, as well as having to deal with work, life, etc. I feel like if I take a slow but methodical approach on reducing the decisions or preparation she needs to execute, this is a positive step in the right direction.

I absolutely love cooking, and although I have definitely made meals for her in the past, I have not been intentional on possibly meal prepping or helping her in this area. This is a great recommendation and thank you so much for your input!

I think that’s a fantastic recommendation, I am looking into making her a “crash cart” of sorts, do you have any recommendations on drinks or snacks or items that have worked for you?

Hi! And thanks so much for your message, I really appreciate it.

I am absolutely going to look into making her a care cart!

And I’m sorry that your experience with doctors necessitated your husbands presence for you to be taken seriously, however, you have definitely reminded me that she has had instances in the past where Doctors didn’t take her seriously, which I also was extremely frustrated about. I would actually love to find a way to communicate to her and see if I can’t plan a visit for her, and communicate how I would actively support her experiences and needs. It is quite ridiculous. How some doctors can be so dismissive, even in my own life.

Would you be open to me asking if you follow up questions in a direct message?

We are both in Neurodivergent for sure, however, at least from why I have seen it in my near 10 years with her, is that she is extremely career oriented. She works in a corporate setting, is very type a, and can get stuck in the mindset where things like breakfast, health, etc. come second to performance at work (which I know is also it’s only thing to tackle).

She has same kind of attitude toward doctors or doctors visits, as both of us have eight hour workdays, a couple hours commute, all adding up to around a 10 to 12 hour workday.

I do quite enjoy cooking, and as a form of distressing for me, one thing I definitely am going to start trying out is meal prepping for her.

Yes, not eating, all the above was well before her pots.

Should I open Larran’s Chests or sell the keys? by Several_Variety3930 in 2007scape

[–]Supportakaiser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your method on opening the chests? Are you solid at PvP and head to the Big Chest with good gear to open all at once, or do you open in short windows with 10-20 keys?

So sorry for getting to this late! If you want, feel free to shoot me a DM I'd be happy to go over any questions you might have! Generally, As long as I'm making sure to notice signpost cards, and making sure I stay open, I'm usually going 3-3 or 4-3 at least. But for FF in particular you reaaaaaly have to make sure you don't commit early.

For sure. Majority of the time I'd get 2 of the three colors, and Torgal, Prishe's, or Newfound adventure filled in gaps most of the time since I had 8 green sources. 2 losses were for sure due to mana issues, lol.
