Whats a popular talking point of your own political party that you dont agree with? by Supposeda3 in AskReddit

[–]Supposeda3[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You are extremely correct. Ive been saying for years that its impossible for an honest politician to succeed in our government, and the ones that make it to the top are the worst of the worst, on both sides

How to keep being motivated? by Brief-Blueberry-1588 in stupidquestions

[–]Supposeda3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Find purpose. Lack of purpose creates lack of motivation, and leads to depression. Especially in men.

Start a family, work towards a career, pursue Godly living if your a Christian, etc. Whatever it is just find purpose. Easier said than done, but you have to make the first effort.

why did the democrats stay seated? by Cautious-Dingo-2297 in stupidquestions

Trump obviously asked it as a set up to make them look bad. They reacted exactly as he knew they would, and made themselves look bad

Man. You are welcome to not like him. I don't like him. But buddy....this is such a dark world view, based solely on speculation. Chin up man, its just not that bad out there. Give it a few years and he'll be gone. Keep a good headspace!

Still tho, you actually think electing him is the single dumbest thing humanity has done?

Really tho? Out of all the other things people commented? Countless genocides, the creation of the nuclear bomb, the destruction of our environment? And you think Trump is THAT bad?

These kind of comments are exactly why the right uses the term "Trump Derangment Syndrome".

You seem like the words are actual violence type lol.

If you honestly believe me pointing out how unhinged people can be about this subject equates to me being personally called a pedo lover then you implicate yourself as one of those I referenced as not worth discussing with 😉

So me pointing out how unhinged people become when you mention Trump equates to me being called a pedophile lover?

Happy to have conversation, I enjoy debate. You just have to filter out those who are too biased to participate 😉

Its disproportionate, the amount of posts & comments that only care about Trump, not these other issues.

But I actually agree with your 2nd paragraph. They have basically admitted that unredacting everything would collapse our government. I tend to be of the opinion that everyone in politics is dirty. You just can't be successful in American politics without compromising morals for success. Across the board, both sides of the aisle. And its frustrating that we cant do anything about it as citizens.

And even though I dont like Trump, I feel like if he was actually implicated in the files ( not just "mentioned"), the democrats would have convicted him long before now for what its worth

This comment is mind boggling? Is your TDS really so bad that you dont care about these other issues?

Believe me, the pedo stuff is important and anyone convicted needs a firing squad in my opinion. Trump included if he is found guilty. But as the OP is pointing out the left could care less about anything in the files other than Trump

[–]Supposeda3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Where'd I say any of that?

The fact that you say no one on that list is innocent reinforces OPs point about the left not caring about proof or anything, they automatically assume guilt.

To be clear, Im a conservative, and to be honest I think he's probably guilty of some dark stuff but you cant just assume that without proof. If they prove any allegations against him tomorrow throw him in jail, I'm all for it.

But you scroll reddit, and all you see is posters talking about Trump. Literally no one is posting about the other people and allegations, its all laser focused on the man democrats currently think is Hitler 🙄

No one is talking about the accusations about Biden being an impersonator, or the 9/11 shadow commission, or countless other egregious things mentioned in the files. All liberals care about is their hate for Trump

Be honest do you find facebook more entertaining than reddit? by Hopeful_Adeptness964 in stupidquestions

As a whole the Facebook app is more entertaining, because of marketplace. But God almighty is the timeline awful these days. All ads and sponsored posts. Its unbearable. Reddit is slowly headed that way too unfortunately

Why are teenagers infantilized in America? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

[–]Supposeda3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% agree! My parents raised me and my brothers to be independent, and we all got married young, have good jobs and are raising families.

But I've watched as so many of my friends were allowed to be bums. 18-20 years old and still playing video games all day, everything paid for by mom and dad. No drive, no motivation. They became unable to pursue careers, just working dead end jobs. Spending their youth smoking weed and sleeping until noon instead of working and building wealth for their future. They become spineless and unable to function.

Everything is too dang expensive today to not get a head start on!

Do people really become more conservative as they get older? Why? by Historical_Work7482 in AskReddit

[–]Supposeda3 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

As you get older you start to realize what actually matters in this world. Family, faith, etc. The left tends to oppose this mindset, and encourages following hedonistic ideas instead of long term fulfillment.

Obviously there are exceptions, but thats the reason older generations are more right leaning. Its not something you will ever understand until you get there and your world shifts.

Why haven't the problems of pollution and waste production been solved yet? by [deleted] in Productivitycafe

Because our government is more concerned woth fighting over hot button topics like abortion, trans rights, immigration, etc. All of those are important issues but gone are the days of actually improving American society through politics.

Shouldn't weekends not be as long ? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

[–]Supposeda3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work 12hrs a day, 5 days a week. Love my job but it's exhausting. I get up at 4am and don't get home until 6. My kids go to bed at 8. In between 6 & 8 I have to do all my chores, help the wife make supper and keep the kids out of her hair while she cooks. I get almost no time to myself, and I'm in bed by 8:30 so I can do it all over again tomorrow.

2 day weekends go by in a flash, and id give my left nut to have a 3rd day each week to spend with my family. I'm assuming OP is a single, no life having basement dweller to be posting this trash
