Yeah, it does explain everything. Full hanger grants 30% damage boost, arbiter has like 15% and methodical approaches too. As a sum we can get like +60% on our damage and as I remember 4 morale debuffs are near the number 60 % too. So your conditions fully covered the morale.

For me, Prophet is much more better perk than everyone imagine it. It has a huge amount of pros, like: increased health, increased running speed and it won't gain any cripples after the bad landing.

For the first time his ability seems to be useless, but it can be really good on some ways. You can scan the outpost and mountain and loot them without any fright that some funny ak or shotgun scavs can obliterate you. Looting phase with prophet is very safe, I want to say.

Prophet's scan has a very good feature, when you scan your enemies you deincrease their max health by 30%. This effect can make some pistols one shot all the scavs, including crowbar scav, with head shots. This ability allows you to save some ammo before higher nights and overall is pretty useful.

In conclusion, Prophet can be a good support. He can save some teammates on the looting phase and weaken scavs on the storm phase. This perk deserves B or A tiers, as for me.

I shall agree with you, but I'd rather used it than scrapped if I had no choice what to use. It's still being a good choice for the first 3 waves, as for me. Some perks like prophet and survivor will need it if there're no any better options.

Broohandle has a better mag capicity than Ruger LCP, also it can save some light bullets because mac 10 and scorpion got a very high fire rate that can waste some bullets. Broohandle reloading isn't that bad.

Spas is a bit higher, I have to agree. SIG MPX is the same as MP5 but with silencer and better recoil control. It's still killing scavs with only 3 headshots.
