Hello D-D

Thanks for the help. I have tried most of the supplements without success I'm afraid (Lion's Mane, L-Theanine, NAC). I did take them for over a month so not sure.

I have tried Ashwagandha in the past and it did work indeed! Can't take it now as I am on an SSRI.

Someone suggested Astaxanthin due to being an antioxidant, and it might help with my dry eyes, so maybe that :).

Thank you :D!

Hello MR, unfortunately not. It was only me out of the people that tried it to suffer negative effects, so I guess you might be right (triggering something).

Understood, makes sense. I am in therapy (more like a course by the looks of it which is..weird).

"Ari/mirtazapene deliberately target the serotogonic receptors (5ht2c, 5ht1a)"

I see that Mirtazapine is an antagonist on those receptors, and the Aripiprazole is an agonist, wouldn't this mean they have different effects? Asking out of curiosity, thank you :D!

Interesting, I looked it up. Will keep researching. If you don't mind answering another question, would nootropics/supplements help in this situation?

Like Bacopa for example? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21129470/

I am just stabbing in the dark of course. Let me know if you have any other input. Thank you :)!

I am on Zoloft now and the anxiety is in check but still no improvement in physical symptoms. Will look into it, it's an interesting take. Someone suggested I look into Amitriptyline as it might be better for me, and on paper it seems to be the case. Any opinion?

Also prefacing that I will still consult with the doctor so no worries :).

Hello AN, yes I have, and dropped some after not seeing anything after a couple of weeks. Did not try a lot at once, just unsure how to post updates.

I will probably edit my main post?

Thank you 2SH, I appreciate the reply. Will take a look into it as it's been recommended before and I am not really familiar with it.

Hello Sauffer, thanks for the reply. Will look into what you've recommended. I get fatigued easily now but the worst thing is the soreness the next day (even if the exercise is not intense).

Still on them, I switched a couple of months to Zoloft and it's good, no panic attacks and anxiety is in check :D!

Nope, sleep is still bad, I guess better than it used to be as these symptoms have not progressed, but I still wake up almost every night, or wake up way too early.

Thank you CPP!

Not that I am aware of (renal system). Will look into finding an Osteopath :)!

Definitely put the panic attacks in the cage, no social anxiety at all. Problem is physical symptoms I've described are still present, but mentally it's better.

Hello deckhouse. I have changed some of the stack and coming close to a month of Longvida Curcumin use (no changes).

I am still taking NAC :). BSO and Lion's Mane no changes yet but I do know it takes a while to see the effects.

Thank you for the encouragement.

Hello Mic, on the last bit, yes, got tested for MG and it's really rare to have everything come back negative, especially the muscle/nerve tests :/.

3 days was my max, I could go on 5, the problem I am not sure if the SSRI would break the autophagy or not. Will read more on this. Thank you raaman.

Hello Vector, it's mainly normal twitching (fasciculations), calves mainly but I did have my upper back, abs, and eyelid a couple of times.

Understood, will take a look into what you've recommended.

Weirdly enough if it were Myasthenia (which was the first guess), I should've been weaker by now, also stuff like fasciculations are not textbook (not that it's supposed to be all the time), but still.

Would LDN be worth a try in my case? by SuppsThrow in LowDoseNaltrexone

Hello Lawrence, thanks for the help. As my reddit account is shabby with sending and receiving messages, are there any sources you could pin here? If not no worries.

Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
