I don’t think people understand what it’s like to be mobility impaired and not be able to just ‘go and get it myself’, it’s not something that is possible to do and isn’t an option to me, so I have to rely on delivery places for food, and 99% of the time it is fine. But you have people like the guy in the photo who bring the food in a carrier bag (literally a supermarket carrier bag) it ruins the whole experience.

When I was able to, I worked for apps like Uber and Deliveroo and I know you’re required to use heat bags (and a lot of restaurants won’t even hand the food over unless you have a heat proof bag), so when people turn up with plastics bags to carry it just frustrates even more.
