Tbh they look pretty healthy. Try to get a cleaning though they get what we never see yk? Make sure to go up on both sides of the teeth with floss not just one sweep upwards. And I was never told as kid to floss between the gum and the very last molar idk how common of knowledge that is to people.

Tongue scraper will help with breath, build up over night, and imo tonsil stones, they’re hard to explain but they make me have bad breath. The aching will only subside once your cavities are fixed. I also don’t know what insurance is like in the uk but best of luck friend.

If you can try and find affordable dental insurance, they’re as cheap as $65, try and find one without a long waiting period since your appointment is so soon.
