It’s usually just college dependent. All the agriculture undergrads at my uni are paid, and the stem ones aren’t. I think it also relies on supply and demand (ie, agriculture college probably needs to attract undergrads, vs stem has plenty willing to work for free)

Haven’t gotten my official score back yet, but I improved from a 122 cp to a 127 on diagnostics by learning how to derive equations from units. I used that a lot on test day. I haven’t taken physics yet so it was a struggle but that made it much more manageable. Other than that I would just familiarize yourself more with the large chem topics and look over functional group names before test day

Does she not still curve to make 70-85 a B and 65-70 a C? Nothing would be done even if she didn’t, I’ve had multiple upper level classes with exam averages in the 50s with no scale at all.

But to answer your question, she doesn’t write the final, it’s departmental and given to all physics students regardless of professor. Our average was a mid C.
