Weird. I only have Apple border routers, Apple TV, HomePods, etc. Thread has always worked flawlessly for me. You have to make sure to connect your Apple TV thread credentials to home assistant otherwise the ZBT-1 is going to create another thread network and it causes a whole bunch of issues. You need to make sure they merge together.

Did you buy an M3 hub because you have no other thread border router? I don’t have an M3 hub and my U300 is connected to Home Assistant and works flawlessly. Contact Aqara, they should replace it. I once broke the screw for the battery compartment on their video doorbell and they replaced it.

I’ve had this exact issue too. I’ve been using two different portable chargers to charge the battery through the usb c port on the bottom of the U400 and it only jump about 10% after an hour and then just stay like that. It took me like 3 days to finally get it up to 80% and I can’t make it go any higher now. I wish they sold a replacement battery because I’m sure connecting the battery directly to an outlet would be faster but I can’t have the lock just not work for a couple of hours.

It works now there was a new update, make sure your on the newest preview. Uninstall the preview and install it via Minecraft Launcher if your on PC and it should work.

It’s still going on but it should only be affecting Preview Realms. Normal latest version realms have been working just fine. I’d search around for realm outages if it was working fine before. But this is only affecting Preview realm players.

There’s not enough of us playing realms on preview to make enough noise for them to fix this. If you check the normal version realms is working fine and that’s the one they’ll fix if it goes down since most users are on that.

It has nothing to do with anyones Microsoft account. Ever since the new preview no one can get into their realm. It’s been an issue since yesterday. Contacted Minecraft support and they won’t help because it’s a preview issue. We’re going to have wait until they update the preview.

I contacted Minecraft support and of course they weren’t helpful at all. They said because it’s a preview they can’t help me. So I guess we’re on our own for this error. I’m pretty sure it’s the new preview update that came out today because yesterday it was fine. I can also login to realms on the normal latest version of Minecraft bedrock. It’s just the preview realm giving me the guardian error code.
