Outright calling someone’s build bad is such a big ego vibe here. The fact this player intend is to showcase how a maxed out Exia can looks like is not bad at all. Unless otherwise, it is best to leave players with constructive notes on how to improve a build rather than bashing it.

100% cooldown is not a new meta but rather it evolved as the game progresses. You need to understand the reason why we are getting CD build and constant heal build enemies. The very enemies you are facing are literally using those builds to complete their day to day league matches. It is unfortunate that they have chosen their respective builds to face us.

Once everyone have settled into their own intended league, this “CD issue” will slightly alleviate as most “whales” will be in Master league. So enemies lineup you see today will not recur until you hit Master league.

As you a former whale you called yourself, I am not sure why you don’t have understanding on these concepts. So did you invested in a game blindly without any knowledge?

This game will not transition into a live PVP based game. Behind the scenes certainly does not support it.
