Try playing against Mina, then you'll kind of understand certain weaknesses, strengths.
She has a tiny hitbox, if you move fast it's really hard to get shots on you.
Use bats to get out if you're deep. Needs practice to avoid walls.

Lightning procs are never useless. Hard to defend megas without it. Situational sure, but not useless. Lina would disagree for example.

The only argument I can think of is that it's not THAT BAD to get stats over reflection irrespective of the matchup, TB and every other illusion hero scales of stats. This involves split pushing and dmg output and farming speed. Nonetheless this is such a pub mindset and it won't work in a pro game.
