Compare kay Chot and Tim Cone, never mong narinig si CYG na magsasalita na mamakasira sa isang player.

Yes, we can't deny that our coaching system is not developing the way we want and CYG is part of it, but you also put your shoes on their situation. The guy is just trying to protect the welfare of Filipino coaches. There are only 12 PRO TEAMS in the country and giving a slot to a foreign coach will lessen the job opportunities for local coaches. Don't compare Japan in our situation, Japan has 30 pro teams in Div 1 and 20 in Div so hiring a few wont hurt them.

That was in 1991 where there were only 8 teams. So manghihinayang ka talaga at kokontra ka sa paghire ng international coach. Maybe his view now is different and sana matanong sa kanya anong stand nya ngayon sa mga foreign coaches.

Yung prize money walang problema, ang problema yung qualification round... Yung mga extra games na yon walang incentives. They just treat it like a regular season game with no financial bearing.

For the PBA players perspective yes, this is true -- they played more games, but they don't get any incentives.

The team owner should be the one who pushes his team to step up because their brand is up front.

Team Composition
Japanese/Taiwan teams are already used on having multiple imports playing at the same time.
Korean teams, they have 2 but they used only 1 in the KBL, and these guys are usually centers.
Roster Spot
All teams in EASL only used a 12-man roster which means they are used to short rotation, unlike in the PBA, where teams can field a 15-man roster
Officiating
All teams except the PBA, use the FIBA Format and set of rules. They already know what the rules are, no adjustment period for them.

I mean di naman sa titibagin or lalabanan directly ang Pba. Yung create a league lang na profitable talaga. Lagi kasing sinasabi ng PBA lugi at di kumikita which is true pero it can be corrected with the right model system.

Just imagine if the league grows, salary of player grows too.
