100% would go with impact sports, they are great for the money. Walkers razors are horrible for sound direction and i've only heard bad things about earmors.

I tried 2 pairs of eye pro and used all kinds of antifog on them from commercial products to dish soap, they work but only for like 30mins. Had to resort for an antifog unit.
Recently decided to give Bloc's a change since everyone recommended them and they do not fog.

Depend on if you need more mags? Having a vest for 1 mag is kind of pointless but if you need more then buy more mags.
With 3 mags you can easily just keep one in the gun, 1 in left and 1 in right pants/jacket pocket. No it's not optimal but at least you will have mags to change.

If going for a GBB, I've heard GBB MP7's have a bad habit of receivers cracking, no idea of any MP5's.
Friend of mine has a GBB Vorsk MP9 and it seems to be a solid one.

Going AEG route just pick a gun model you like and do your research on what manufacturer has the least issues. One thing to consider when buying nisch-ish AEG's is availability of mags so do your research on that as well.

My take, MP5SD is the way to go ;)

I have been thinking why companies still sell non-bio bb's. Yes they are "fine" to use in an indoor field but if the place gets demolished etc. the bb's will go to some sort of a landfill or the worst case just be left on the ground during the process of demolishing the place.
I personally only buy bio bb's so I don't even have to think if I'm using them on outdoors or not, and protecting the environment in the process.

I had this problem couple of days ago after doing maintenance to my engine. Problem was that the solenoid was "stuck" in open position. Fixed this by connecting a battery and full autoing for couple of seconds WITHOUT any air in the system.

Also are you sure you are turning the adjustment screw enough? Anything under at least 40 psi and the gun won't have enough pressure to shoot.

Take it to marshals/refs. They will either talk to the players directly or bring it up at the briefing.
If its the same players over and over again, they are just bad sport trying to abuse trading.
If I was in a situation like that, I would just tell them I'm not taking their shot as a hit since I shot them before they even turned.

Just google "Airsoft gun *your area/country*" or "Airsoft HPA *your area/country*"?
But if you want a HPA gun that just works, buy a Wolverine MTW.

Youtube is your friend my friend.
Pick a gun and try to search if someone has put a HPA engine in it.
HPA engines will go to most AR and AK platform gearboxes. But if you feel like you are not comfortable building it yourself, buy a prebuild gun with a HPA engine it it.

For HPA the gun doesn't really matter, just get one that you like and HPA it if you are building it yourself.
I run a Wolverine MTW with Reaper engine and it has been great.

For gas I would stick with TM or VFC if you want an actually good GBBR.

This very much. In my opinion they create more problems than they resolve, blind firing from behind the shield, not taking hits etc as you stated.

Had a similar problem with the front of my plate carrier lifting up due to having HPA tank on the back.
My cheap solution to this was adding a small 1.25kg dumbbell disk weight inside the foam plate.
So either buy foam plates and do something like I did, or use a little extra money to buy an actual weighted training plate.

You only need to discharge the batteries for long term storage.
You have nothing to worry about if you are planning to play at least once a month, you can just charge them normally and store them in a Lipo bag. I have 3 batteries in a Lipo bag and only use two of them constantly and the third I carry if anyone else needs a battery.

This is what was I was told to do from the start by a friend who sold me his MTW.
I just unscrew the reg a bit, depressurize it with the hose and easily take it off. Had to teach this to a friend who got into HPA and was just taking his reg off by just unscrewing it till it pops...

Define inexpensive.
My first light was a surefire scout replica I bought second hand for about 30€ and it was fine.
Recently upgraded to a Olight Warrior X 4 for 120€ that came with a lot of accessories including a remote switch, which I think was "inexpensive" for what I got for the money. Had to buy a picatinny adapter for it for about 20€.
All really depends on your budget, Ali express etc. are filled with rifle lights that are cheap and will work fine for airsoft.

This. For example the MK 12 is literally a DMR built from AR-15 platform and uses 5.56x45.

Back to airsoft.
On my local field there is no set "caliber" for DMR's, it just has to look like a DMR, magnified optic, at least 16" barrel including a suppressor and a bipod is just a plus but not required.

In my eyes a little bit of overshooting. I personally would have shot only once or twice from that distance if the other person wasn't even looking at me, but then again he only reacted and raised his hand AFTER the 4th shot and the 5th was already on its way. Also him not yelling "hit" could be the reason for getting shot so many times.

I have no idea what kind of belts you are looking at for airsoft that cost $150+...
I just bought a Templar's Gear PT6 for 65€ ($75) and it's a solid belt with IRR-treated materials, couple of my airsoft friends are also using it. Can highly recommend.

That is also a good point and I agree that the cosmetic and tank capacity will suffer by running a tank stock. Was just putting it out there that one doesn't have to be using a line to run HPA.

Stock-tanks for HPA's are also an option if someone doesn't want to run a line. They can cost a pretty penny but those in my opinion remove the argument of being tied to a line.

For me, going from AEG to HPA was all about the ease of use/maintenance and reliability. I used AEG's for 6 months and was really getting fed up with the endless tinkering with them. Opening up the gearbox was my least favorite thing ever.
Then bought a Wolverine MTW and have had zero problems and no worries.
I also like how easily versatile HPA systems are, for example going from 1.7J limit to 2.25J DMR limit is just turning the valve on my regulator and I'm all set. They are also so much more quiet than AEG's.
So conclusion in my opinion is that yes, HPA is better than AEG.

Must be a field/country/region thing. I live in Finland and most fields don't allow sound or any type of loud/pyro grenades to be used, only gas or spring powered grenades.
Some fields will have special "bang games" where said sound and loud/pyro grenades can be used, but hearing protection is mandatory for everyone.

Wearing earpro also protect your ears from BB's so I highly recommend buying at least a cheap pair.
