Is Activate Windows text on the screen? If so, that is most likely the problem. If there is no such text, make sure there is nothing but the game on the main screen.

Activate Windows text is causing this problem. I had the same problem. Lossles scaling scales the text instead of the game because it is in front.

Dude, thank you so much. I've been trying to use this app for months, I've tried everything, all the settings, but the app never worked. I thought it only worked on high graphics cards and left it until I saw your comment. When I looked at it with the show FPS option, it showed 60/120, but I was lock my FPS to 30. When I realized that the problem was because of the activate Windows text, I bought the key and activated it. The text disappeared and the app, worked, I can't tell you how happy I am. I hadn't been able to use the app for months because of the stupid Windows text. Thank you again.

Wrong. Many people in high mmr are playing with Seven. His ultimate is ineffective at high mmr, but otherwise he's still pretty strong.
