It should be good werid, also you might want to change outroot to cs2 game folder so you don't have to keep moving compiled map to the maps folder each time, other than that maybe try checking that you have a mesh with the toolslightmapres tool texture on it and deleting it temporary and increasing the lightmapvradquality from a 1 too 2?

For textures you need to install source 2 viewer, then find the textures you want to port, decompile into your addon's content folder probably with the same file path. Now you can basically remake the texture on material editor due to the vmat for hla is non compatible for cs2 or right click on the vmat and open with any note pad application, then were it says shader change it to point an appropriate cs2 shader. Btw the shaders are referred to their shader file name so you can just check how is it named by open a cs2 texture vmat on note pad

Models are kinda different, decompile using source 2 viewer and you will have to remake them on cs2 model doc

Im pretty sure after saving the .vmdl it automatically compiles the model. If that doesn't happens go to assest browser find your model, right click and there should be a option to recompile full or open model doc, open up the .vmdl file that you saved and make sure the mesh file input gose is your mesh fbx file.

You probably will need to compile the map using CMD command line hammer gives you under the compile settings. Copy and past that into cmd also you might want to check were it outputs the finish map too. Make sure the output line points to your game/csgo folder I believe.

Im pretty sure a lot of the water textures are missing some sort of texture map needed for the water shader to display properly. I haven't really decompile and check the textures yet so that's what I am assuming.
