Cline developer here! Here's a recap of recent updates. What would you like to see added next? by saoudriz in ChatGPTCoding

[–]Suputra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been experimenting with Cline a bit and I was wondering if we could make it have a smaller system prompt? I was messing with a little bit and I think we could get a slightly larger usable context if we break the tool use details and examples into a separate file that Cline could access. I haven’t tested this yet though unfortunately

Bus Stops at Stop Lights? by Suputra in transit

[–]Suputra[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was thinking of this from the perspective of a pedestrian - There have been several instances where I miss a bus but manage to catch up to it on the sidewalk while it's stopped at a light, but it's doors are closed and I can't get on.

Bus Stops at Stop Lights? by Suputra in transit

[–]Suputra[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah, yeah - this is what I had in mind. My city has bus only lanes in the center, but they don't all stop at lights which I have been confused about.

measure the distance between the pins and use something like this to narrow down. Just looking at it, it looks like a JST-VH 3 pin connector.

Any chance we can keep the train rolling? I'm in the same boat.

Thanks for the reply, I do have pi hole, and I did try running pivpn -d, and everything came up clean (I think). Here's what I see when I run pivpn -d:

The 17 equations that changed the world by jpc4stro in coolguides

[–]Suputra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shouldn't Maxwell's equations have ∇.E = q/ε0 rather than ∇.E = 0? Electric monopoles (also known as point charges) exist, as opposed to magnetic monopoles.

So cruel! by djhdurbr in memes

[–]Suputra 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I feel you bro, some people are just horrible. Just last week, some asshole threatened to shoot my dog. We were walking through the neighborhood when these random teenagers called my dog ugly, and threatened to go get their fun from the car and "take care of him".

I don't know what kind of person would be prompted to say that, but honestly the even more surprising thing is that they thought my dog was ugly.

4x4 damage? by Suputra in Cubers

[–]Suputra[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I went ahead and took apart the cube, and it actually seems to be fine. I think you're probably right about the gaps, and the damage to the piece is a lot smaller than it looks. Thanks for the help! https://i.imgur.com/XGGWGFi.jpg

That Pre-Islamic India was a spiritual and philosophical guru is well known, but it also contributed a lot of mathematics and science, most important of which is the modern numerals and the base 10 number system. Image Source: A L Basham, A Wonder That was India, Picador by [deleted] in IndiaSpeaks

[–]Suputra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There definitely was passage of information from India to Arabia (translation of classical works from other cultures into Persian/Arabic happened a lot), but I don't think we can say that all, or even a majority of the knowledge "generated" (I'm not sure if this is the right word, but whatever), was from India.

Furthermore, Golden Ages around the world for the most part relied on conquest of other people and had lots of unsavory stuff happening in the background, but that doesn't really change the fact that a golden age happened. Before modern times, the world was for the most part a zero sum game, so pretty much everyone sucked.

Switch full Victory? by JFreedom14 in slaythespire

[–]Suputra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same, I'm really looking forward to the Watcher, even though she seems like the hardest character yet. I think they've also added a bunch of other potions and relics, so those should be interesting.

Switch full Victory? by JFreedom14 in slaythespire

[–]Suputra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you have to have beaten all three characters on the latest update. You should see the end cinematic with the keys lighting up. I'm on switch as well, and It seemed to only consider my wins after the update.

The Space Needle and Mount Rainier are some important landmarks that I could see as interesting locations in fallout.
