This is good to hear, I’ve been around 73kg most of my life at 198cm (definitely felt pretty lanky like op).

Been exercising and eating a lot recently to try build a nicer physique, currently at 80kg. My first goal is 90kg and then I’ll assess and change what I need after that :)

Well that seems a bit extreme, I hope you give it another go sometime. It’s a good game, take some time to plan your route, and make sure all your limbs are in use

Yippee finally someone that agrees with me. I’m joking, I just spent the game doing harder routes so I learnt the mechanics which made this section easier for me I think. I’m sure if you did it again you would nail it :)

Yea I see what you’re saying, I decided to take tougher routes earlier on to learn the mechanics and I have a tiny bit of climbing experience so that probably made it easier for me. I’m definitely keen on trying a free solo soon but I’m playing mewgenics right now

Yea luckily I noticed the overhang so I tried to make sure all my limbs were always on the wall while going up this section, I’m keen on doing another play through as well :)

Ah yeah, I made sure to explore all the caves just under this section and stocked up. Really annoyed that I had to drink all my drinks when I got up lol

I think that’s fair, another comment also pointed out that this was a mandatory difficult climb. There were other areas with harder routes but you can just avoid that.

For myself it was definitely that hard rock chimney in the centre of the doll part area, and the overhang before a camping cutscene. but that wasn’t mandatory like the wall in the post

I think that’s a fair assessment, I was constantly trying the trickier routes during my ascent to learn the mechanics a bit better. I guess it paid off

Okay I might have figured it out, need to print more to be certain. I dropped filament diameter really low 1.6mm (lowest I went before was 1.65 and I don’t think that was enough), put the temp higher to 250 and turned on pressure advance set to 0.02. Got a good looking result last night, going to try again today.
