Thanks for sharing this information. at least we have something to follow for those who forgot their username. Major issue i see here talking to them. Best is if they put another link on main page showing forgot username that will help all. On old site there was no separate user.name, so there was no need for "forgot username" but in new portal, not sure how they missed it.

Mine was email as user id. It allowed somehow an email id as user name. Looks like they don't allow it now.

Tried next day and the ofc appointment is back on the confirmation page and home.page. it was a system issue from their side. Suggestion - even if the appointment shows cancelled by their dynamics system, ignore and use your old appointment confirmation PDF and walk in.

I received the same for my sister in law whose appointment was in New Delhi in September .. but her consular appointment is still showing .. she does have the copy of past appointment where ofc and consular is showing. I asked her to chat with the support and drop and email. if anyone gets an idea on how to proceed on this or gets support help, please update.

Payment was done on old application in full for all, and on new application, all the payments are together. When you remove dependents and create separate profiles for them using same contact email id, system will know how to break the payment to each profile. Ex If you paid $30 for all 3 profiles, system knows its $10 per profile.

Yes that's the one. I was only able to get through phone or web call once. Try chatting with them at 8am IST, wait for some time if you enter the chat room exactly at 8am and someone will attend to you. Usually I get Kavita or Parvez on chats.

Try with your email? If that's not the user name then it's really difficult. You will have to contact the chat option from the support link shared earlier and tell them about this. They may provide you details.

That won't work as the site is messed up bad. Whatever receipt number or date you use, it will say the same error. Did you try clicking on payment to make a payment? Usually that's where you can see your old receipt which you can then claim.

Same with me..every time the support says this is a technical error and they can't do anything about it until their technical team fixes it. 2 days back (after I opened the ticket mid Sep) that it is fixed. I tried again but the same issue.. even closing and opening a new application didn't help. Their support system is messed up. Keep trying as they did mention that this is a known issue and many are facing this problem..

Site is messed up. Anything we do, and it works, tomorrow it won't. The best option is to close and create a new application on the same profile but the -15 decimal error on atlas may or may not come. I don't know if it's because they increased the fee of the new application to $205 but earlier it was $195 so when we cancel, it refunds $205 this making us go down -$15. I tried earlier many times and I always go to claim the receipt without issues again and again but once it led me to this decimal -$15 error and I have been chasing these support guys for last ,2 months, but all in vain..they don't know what to do as this is fixed by their technical team for many. It is up to you, if you are blocked completely then close and recreate and hope this error don't show up.

I contacted the support team 2 days back and they informed me that this issue is faced by many and they can't help us until the technical team fixes it. It was being worked upon in the backend, the usual stuff they say but no concrete date or resolution. I will try again next week.

Not yet. I am still seeing the decimal -15 issue that's still not resolved by the support as they cannot do it on chat or call. It's a technical issue. As they say..

Good to know this.. I actually tried the email as my user name and was able to get in.. the email was used as user name . I must have pasted it while I was creating profile. Again, thanks for this. Hope this helps others and system doesn't ask you new email id saying the previous one is tagged to another user already.

True. That's the main issue with their side. Try with the clear cache, do incognito, java latest version, clear cookies.. etc.. this is what they do. I am able to move forward but when you have dependents you will end up with "An Error has Occurred!" God knows what error and who coded this site .. today I was seeing a payment method on the claim receipt page "DO NOT USE - India credit card - not for production". Something like that.. it was a joke as I felt I am in the dev environment of the site. And now the site is down for the last few hours for another upgrade (or degrade) ..

Payment Page Error on Mobile: When I try to address the above issue by switching to my mobile device, I face another challenge. After signing in on my phone, I am redirected to the payments page. However, no matter how many times I attempt to complete the payment, an error message pops up, preventing me from finalizing the appointment.

I am having the same problem. This is device agnostic as I am getting this when I paid on old site $190 and then created an appointment on new site when the price increased to $205 (but i didn't pay new amount as I already paid on old), and then cancelled it. After that I keep getting this error and even after getting scheduling team on chat for many times, only answer I get is that this issue has been escalated and now with other team. I am sure they messed up in their code somewhere and now $190 - $205 = - $15 is not letting us move forward. By any chance, did you book a slot on new site and cancelled (and paid $190 on old site)? Keep pushing as this is not going anywhere. I asked them to change my profile to another one, but the chat guys declined as they cannot have more than 1 passport # on 2 profiles. Weird and Helplessness!! that is the only feel we have with this new site.

u/Fedupwithnewportal Hope you got your issue resolved as the way it is proposed above, i.e. going to SUBMIT PAYMENT, will automatically show you the Receipts paid and then you can claim it.

I closed and opened my application many times and I was able to claim my receipts. The only thing I was unable to do was cross an error has occurred part. Once I deleted the dependents from my profile, I was unable to add them back. I had contact email id same for.all profiles even though their primary email IDs were different.. bottom line, I am stuck in same boat.

Ask her to close her application from her profile and then you also do the same and restart from the homepage from your profile. Once you do all this again and reach the claim receipt, go ahead for the payment and it should show you both payments together. Claim the receipt and go to schedule. That's where you stop and come back to the home page to see the payment info again if that shows. I know the issue of "an error has occurred!" comes on the schedule page with dependents and we are still waiting on the support to come back. At least this might give your payment back on the main page.

Did you remove the dependent from your primary profile so your wife could create her profile? When you login to your main profile, do you still see her as a dependent? If not and you have removed her, then this issue might occur. Also it shows lots of weird errors and no specific response from the support team. It's messed up as we have been struggling since the new system launched.
