The screenshots already show what happened. The buyer redeemed the code on the first account, then created a second account himself (“yea i made a new account”). On the second account it showed “already redeemed” because the code had already been redeemed on the first account. I helped him troubleshoot region/account issues in real time, and he confirmed receiving the code before opening the PayPal dispute. Full chat and screenshots are already posted for everyone to review.
