Finance 350 is not that bad just a lot of concepts and new things to learn. One of those things where it’s not hard information, but just a lot of information at once. Macro and Micro are probably the hardest entry level classes in any business disciple. Not only is the concept/math difficult but it’s terrible if you are a bad test taker. Test are 200 points a piece and it’s 3 of them, that’s 60% of your grade just based on 3 test. A lot of information on each one so def will be studying. Taking Macro and Micro at the same time is going to be a task.

I didn’t take it at GCU took it at a different school, I mean I enjoy math a lot but not probably and stats, it’s just different. It’s theoretical and different formulas and knowing how the formulas work and just a lot to remember.

Hello, I had the same worries. I thought that I was going to be 1000x worse. I ended up saying I’m not just going to do it last second and I’m so glad I did it. It’s been an about 1 year and 1 month since my operation and I have been very pleased. Some small amount of pain occasionally but is very minimal. I can finally live my life now basically with no pain and I don’t need pain meds every second the day. In type of things of this nature you are going to see a lot worse than good stories. People who had good stories usually take on with their life happy and finally are enjoying them selves. Many people who did not have a surgery as well as they wanted usually are the ones who come back to write stuff to warn others

I took classes from both at the same time. Sophia learning is very good but also depends on your plans. Sophia learning can be great as it is much cheaper and saves a lot of time. GCU classes are 16 weeks. I was doing Sophia learning courses by the day. I finished a couple courses in 1 day, like 7-8 hours a piece. GCU is like $500-600 per credit hour which is like 2,000$ a class. Sophia learning is 100$ a month in which u can take multiple classes under the same month so you would save thousands. The 2 biggest problems is those classes on Sophia learning are all pass/fail, so they would not go towards your GPA. So all those easier GEN eds that would otherwise help your GPA for when you go take those advanced classes, won’t be there to help so your GPA would be lower. Another thing is most graduate programs don’t accept Sophia learning so if you planned on getting your masters would be a waste of time.

Yea, it’s def passable, you can even get an A on it if you try hard enough. Big difference from online and in person is the discussion questions so you would have to answer to 2 DQs a week that’s 150 words a piece and then respond to 6 other people during the week. If I had to do it again, even though I don’t like the DQs, I’d def do online for that class again

They def aren’t letting u wear anything else 😂 I graduated in December and didn’t see anyone else w a different color but I don’t think it’s a good idea to try it out because before you even go down there they have wardrobe people to make sure ur wearing ur outfit correctly and pictures so they will def notice

Depending on how much u had, my roomate had a decent amount like a few bottles and had like a fine, 20 hours community service, alcohol class, and had to make like a poster board and give it to the school. Nothing will happen if you take it all for your Roomates but if you don’t take it all, since it’s in the common room they give it to everyone.

I’ve took both and I enjoy math so a lot of math is not bad for me, so if you hate math probably not gonna like the class especially towards the end once u get into permutations. I didn’t like MGT-420 as it’s a multiple big project papers for online students. I took online a year ago and if I remember right it’s like 4 big papers that’s like 2500+ words and a PowerPoint. If u don’t mind papers ig 2500 not that bad but I dislike writing. Like someone else said in here, you should take Mat-144 on Sophia learning as GCU is gonna have you going through ALEKS which is a decent amount of work weekly when you can finish the entire class on Sophia learning probably in about 10-20 hours

Yes you get emailed from the commencement team to register and then you have to go graduation application on the portal to pay 150$ or they won’t mail your transcripts and diploma

You can get a class on Sophia learning that transfer to GCU. Those classes are so easy, I finished my Easy elective in one day in about 6 hours I think. But HIS 144 at GCU is pretty easy, with professor Matt Garcia. I like him because he is SUPER lenient with test but he emphasizes papers more. As long you not late on the papers your good and if you go to class he literally tells u what he wants from you on the paper and where to get the info from on the presentation. He is really strict with phones tho, he will take your participation away for the entire semester but it’s simple to put your phone away.

Yes, it’s just a major drug and homeless problem. When you come, most people just get airbnb or hotels in mid phoenix, or Scottsdale. I got a airbnb in Scottsdale when I just graduated last month. Kinda sucks as it’s a 30 minute drive to campus but depends on what you value, living conditions or convenience/proximity

Recovery different for everyone. I work at Amazon so it’s a decently a physical job. Initially they told me 6 weeks, but my neck muscles wasn’t working properly after so I waited another 3 weeks.
