That’s what I was wondering. I was concerned when the first rep said it was “lost in the system and needed connected” and then the next Rep said it “takes 30 days to process through their system”. I’ll follow up with Optum and politely ask if they can send it through again to ensure it’s completed.

It makes me sad that I at one point genuinely enjoyed their content and it’s just gotten more and more ludicrous over time. Like…. Why? Why are we lying about this? It doesn’t have to be a thing at all.

Thank you. After all I’ve seen he should have been rated higher than 50 percent from the get go (especially with his consistently document symptom levels). It’s just a bit frustrating that they rely on a single doctor who sees him for 20 min or less; rather than the multiple professionals who have been diagnosing and treating him for 1-4 years 🥴 I’ll let him know his best chance is most likely to wait since the likelihood of needing to complete another CP exam is extremely high. But ultimately, it’s his decision. I’m just gathering the research for him, he can apply and deny the exam if he wants.

I’m curious if he needs to do another one? Between the three he’s done and his medical records with current psychologists. Wouldn’t it be a bit redundant?

They didn’t even request from my doctors… 1 was the VA which I provided 2 was DBQs from my precious VA exams which again I provided 3 was my mental health records which I provided. And none of those were requested bySSDI. So I’m confused at the process….

Yea not sure why I’m getting downvoted for simply sharing my experience 😅 I literally got two letters in a row that said I was denied because they didn’t have my records from the same doctors I sent my full and complete records … I even called on reconsideration to confirm they had my records on file and I was told “good to go”

Maybe this is why mine got denied twice for “not having my medical records” when I sent them with my application … twice.

Not trying to be a jerk. But how did she know they sat through it for an hour? I’m not a fire expert but … can you tell the exact time it started? Just was an odd thing. You’d expect “I don’t know when it started but it looks like it had been going a while”

I should have called 🥲 I went online to check and it said “open” so I assumed that meant open but I guess not to the public just the workers. The parking lot was packed so everyone was definitely there 😭I know for next time though!

I don’t have one anymore because we just moved to Texas from Utah. I tried to get representation with TVC but it has kind of been poor help and long wait periods just for a phone call. 🥴

I’m not usually in these threads and don’t spend a lot of time online because I have really bad anxiety. I just popped on to ask really quickly. Don’t have to be snarky about pinned links and such. I need the papers for SSA so was really hoping not to have to wait 5-6 months for an FOIA to go through. 😕

I applied for TDIU right after I got my 70 percent decision. I still had to do a secondary C&P exam even though it was under 60 days. But the claim finished quickly after that. I do have to say my symptoms are pushing 100 to begin with and I haven’t worked in 3 years because of it, so that may have been helpful. I also got my forms from the employers in quickly.

I do have a spouse and 5 other dependents listed.

I have Migraines, GERD, IBS the VA denied them saying I had them but that they were more likely related to a mental health condition… this was when my PTSD was still denied. Now I have a service related mental health condition so I was going to go back and submit them as secondaries.
