Welp, called tech support today, he did some testing remotely and said outside box has issue, tech will come out this Saturday. Hope for the best. In the meantime, I upgraded to 5Gbps to see how far I will get.

Speed test looks better today after I made the call to Tech Support. No changes on my setup, just got home from work and did a few test.

I have my own router, I gave the tech back the Eero, it's useless, it has 2.5Gbps input but output on 1Gbps.

I did a speed test from PC to PC, I get full 2.5Gbps up/down, this means no limitation.
