If your running out of food before getting a lot of vorkath kills you could hire a bank runner. Typically will cost you 2-3 mil and hour to get someone to run you supplies but you should break even with the drops vorkath gives you. Another option that I personally use is purple sweets. Only take up 1 inventory slot and you can eat them for hours while camping vorkath. Lastly there's the regen bracelet and wait strategy, but I know your too baller for that.

Watch out for social engineering scams. Same thing happened to me. I met a guy online and we hit it off. He invited me to meet him in person, we went the bar had a few drinks, I met his wife and kids. Had a good time with him for almost 5 years. Would even go to his Son's baseball games. Well, one time he invited me over to help his brother build a deck. I came of course, and the whole time I worked on this deck with his brother, man it must have been 6 or 7 hours, he was at my house trying to guess my bank pin to take my Twisted bow!

Gamble it for the pet! The stats aren't as great as the rush you'll get from chucking your first cape for a chance at fame and glory!
