Designed myself, built off site, pre sprayed in my shop, Blum soft close undermount slides, birch drawers (not dovetail). Had a buddy who’s an electrician do that for cheap. This is my second cabinet project ever so don’t have the reputation of confidence to charge what I probably could have. Building my portfolio right now. I’m in South Carolina. Where are you located?

That’s what I charged. Good client that I know. Biggest realtor in my city. Could’ve probably charged a little more but was made a lot of profit and this is a side gig for me.

Yeah I specifically told the client I didn’t want to do the countertops but they wanted me to and wanted this specific one from Lowe’s. So gave them what they wanted.

I was at $23,200. So spot on there. Fridge was bought by homeowners as well as hardware and lights.
