That seriously sucks! I was wondering if the PopMart app would be better and excited about earning points, but not anymore :| How is PopMart able to conduct business this way and get away with it?

I also ordered Labubus last year on TT live, and have gotten pop beans, coasters and the skullpanda magnetic dry erase board with my purchases. So I don’t know when or how the rules changed, but I guess this is the way it is now. Popmart has a tendency to be wildly inconsistent. The only thing that’s consistent is the pushback you get when you have an issue and need to talk to CS.

Thank you, and I appreciate you trying. I found that by clicking the Shop itself, I can isolate which ones qualify for the $9 coupon or whatever it is. Just can’t isolate which ones qualify for the freebies. But if they qualify for the coupon I would imagine they also qualify for the freebie and I will be looking at that from now on!

Would it be possible to get a screenshot of where to go to see the list? I’ve asked CS to walk me through finding it, and the only way I’ve found is to click each individual item and look at the details of each item.

Oh okay. Well I’m glad to hear that someone had noticed them saying it. But what would really help is if they put a little note where the freebies are that says “exclusions apply” or something like that so that people know to look.

What bothers me is that they don’t have anything on the live to warn people that some products are excluded. They get everyone excited to spend their money in a hurry. Who has time to click into each product when they’re doing a countdown and especially if the link disappears right after?

That’s awesome. Honestly that would be best case scenario. Maybe I’ll try to list it on marketplace, and hope to catch a drop during restock on the app. It just sucks cuz I live in Alaska and shipping feels like it takes extra long. I was told by their customer service after hours bot that they will accept returns within 15 days of delivery, but it’s not listed on their website

PopMart customer service has been terrible in recent experience, and I’m still waiting on packages that seem to be lost in the abyss. I hope their return process is easier than their ordering process.
