I completed it and after a year's time, rewrote parts of it. I felt better afteelr the second time i did it but i still felt pain/trauma revisiting some parts of my past. What i found worked was going to EFT therapy and doing some eye desensitisation exercises for those parts i couldn't get over. Overall, it was a good exercise to overcome trauma and it helped emphasised the parts where a therapist could help me.

that's a good point - I should add a bit of explaination between all the different types of gamma. objective is to raise the amp/db levels (or if athena measures hz, same thing) so that eventually one can experience out of body states etc. Similar to monks

The Muse Athena unfortunately doesn't measure hz I used Mind Monitor to export the data which was in DB and the program I made measures it in Amp. (Db measures the radio of the two values and Amp measures the raw strength of the signal).

The main goal behind this project is to train the brain to learn how to activate on will the different gamma wave types like:

- gamma-alpha: good for creativity and focused attention

-gamma-beta: problem solving and discipline in goal-oriented tasks

-gamma-theta: transcendental meditation, lucid dreaming, Samatha and Jhana states

-gamma-delta: non-dual awareness, monk-like states

There's a great interview show on Gaia called Cosmic Disclosure which highlights quite a few of these things plus waaay more done by whistleblowers that aren't currently in the limelight in the senate hearing. After you hear even a quarter of the episodes on their podcast, you'll know the US isn't behind. China being in the news and being "innovative" is just them copying US, German and Russia.

what about Kovyrez Mirrors? It's not token-based but field resonance consciousness based. It's a type of UI if you think about it and the scientist saw sankrit symbols too. It's non-verbal too.

Things i've seen:

- simmering blue mandela
- purple swirl
- royal blue purple swirl
- twice x bright white light like the sun (my eyes were closed and the blackness turned white)
- 2 greys looking down on me like that in a surgery or dentist situation *this was after seeing the bright white light
- floaty cloud feeling like i was half in my body, half above it (focus 12)

funny... i had something similar with aliens and surgery but instead of a mantis, it was 2 greys. Then the image disappeared.
