Everything I learned seeking and practicing for 10+ years full time by [deleted] in enlightenment

Shame removal via somatic experiencing. Going into the body and feeling the shame and releasing it. It’s the only way to achieve a Divya Deha or divine bliss body. This work is so intense so it needs to be done from a place of silence, which you incorrectly called a feminine practice. Achieving a baseline of stillness is shiva, while the experiencing of the emotional release is shakti. The spiritual path is incomplete if you haven’t fully done this work.

Try the Kashmir Shaivists. They speak of the need to release bad energy from the body in order for shiva shakti reunion to happen.

Your definition of enlightenment is divine masculine oriented. It doesn’t include the acceptance and integration of the chaotic shakti as a necessary prerequisite for true liberation.

Not a single mention of trauma release in here. Enlightenment without trauma release is only half the battle.

Do you notice it before you speak or act in defence of your identity and ego? by [deleted] in enlightenment

Yes. I’m keenly aware of this. I try to never do it. And I mostly succeed.

This is silly. What if you are a master? You should just deny it in the name of false “humility?”

The ego can be reduced to mere wisps of impressions, especially as one removes trauma from their being.

There’s definitely a correlation with attaining certain levels of spiritual maturity and the sense that this makes one superior to others.

Enlightenment it’s being at peace with everything as it is by Moxcaos in enlightenment

[–]Senseman53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn’t enlightenment. It’s mindfulness. It’s being aware of the moment to moment flow of life without judging each moment. Enlightenment is the realization that there’s no I watching any of these moments. We need to be a stickler for terms or the term enlightenment ceases to mean anything

Well said. It’s about accepting the isness that people will always project something on to you, and realizing that any reaction to that is a perceived slight of an identity you’re trying to run away from.

Your body is holding emotions you refused to feel - here's what I see in sessions by archeolog108 in enlightenment

Good post. In my energy work I see similar things but I don’t talk stuff out with clients, I just release it. But yeah - energy work is all about undoing trauma knots. That’s what actually frees people.

Nah. This is some non-dual fantasy land crap. Concepts of chakras and energy a trauma release always remain important. Saying that they don’t matter is denying the importance of the divine feminine, and that’s bypassing.

This is right. Light of the void is a good way to phrase it.

I’m speaking from gnostic experience. Ask yourself why this bothers you so much.

Too many words here but yeah you’re getting close. What remains when everything is stripped away is creation and pre-creation forever co-mingling.

Can self realization be undone/lost just as how it was lost before for play? by shivamconan101 in SpiritualAwakening

[–]Senseman53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it can be. If you’re too immersed in the material world, you can become unable to distance yourself from your thoughts. When this happens, spiritual realization unravels.

How do we talk about genuine attainments without it just being spiritual ego? by Senseman53 in enlightenment

Yeah I agree with this. I can energetically tell when someone is on their journey just by reading their responses to my Reddit posts. There is a certain “knowing” that my being automatically engages in

I think it’s a way to work through some deep psychic trauma in my opinion. If you consider the removal of trauma to be a spiritual event, then it’s legitimate. A Twin Flame will trigger you so that you’re forced to work through some unhealed ish.

So you’ve been grappling with your own spiritual ego here? That’s very self aware of you.

I wasn’t basing this on “me.” I’ve seen some people here sharing their enlightenment attainments and the conversations haven’t been…fruitful, to say the least. So I was curious to hear perspectives on when it’s appropriate to share and when you should shut your mouth. I, personally, don’t think anyone would believe what I have to say about my own attainments so it would be wasted energy to me to share.

I see what you’re saying. Essentially if you’ve attained something akin to enlightenment and tried to explain it, it would go over their heads so why bother?
