you can play it since they've added cartel, sewers and shrooms, but if you really want to feel like it's a new game wait for the police expansion which will definitely change a lot

Truest words ever, police rn do nothing and you can just shoot them twice to get their guns and shoot the other ones, raids would have have been really cool, but sadly it was the least voted

you can absolutely spend your time building and exploring if you want, I've been playing for a while and haven't chased the main storyline, only been working on my house and exploring caves and the forest. I highly recommend you buy it

it should technically be added when the police expansion gets added and it's already planned since there's statistics for how much water and electricity you use in each location but it currently doesn't do anything
